Mr. Rajesh Goyal (Chairman and Whole Time Director): He graduated from Rajasthan University with a masters degree in Accountancy. He has been working in the salt industry for more than 25 years. He started one of the earliest washed salt iodization plants in north India in 2008 after completing his studies, with a daily capacity of 250 M.T. He joined Goyal Salt Limited after that. With a 300 M.T. per day capacity, Goyal Salt Limited was one of the first refineries in north India when he founded it in 2010. With a daily capacity of 700 M.T., he established up another facility in 2015. Shree Shakambhar Chemfood Industries (Gujrat) was founded by him in 2016 to serve the Pan-India Salt Market on the same GSL campus. He is an extremely skilled field expert in raw salt production and fields.
Mr. Pramesh Goyal (Managing Director): For Goyal Salt Limited, he serves as managing director. He is a young, vibrant individual who is committed to providing his clients with the greatest goods and services. From Rajasthan University, he attained his masters degree in accountancy. He has more than 25 years of salt industry expertise. In 2005, he and his father joined the family business and gained knowledge of the salt industry. Then, in 2008, he established a facility to wash iodized salt. He established the company under the name Goyal Salt Limited in 2010.Then, in 2015, he established a new factory, increasing the company's capacity for production.
In 2016, he also joined Shree Shakambhar Chemfood Industries to cater pan India salt market. Thereafter, in 2020, he purchased a running washery in Shree Shakambhar Chemfood. In 2022, he started ShreeShakambhar Chemicals Private Limited,which is a bromine & magnesium facility in Gujarat. He connects well with the employees and acts as a bridge between employees and management of the company. Mr. Pramesh Goyal has a strong command over the Pan India Salt Market and a commitment to deliver high standards of client satisfaction and company effectiveness. He consistently bases his empire on a robust national distribution network.
Mr. Lokesh Goyal (Whole Time Director): Goyal Salt Limited has him as a full-time director. He is a youthful, vibrant individual who is constantly willing to take on new and innovative technological challenges. earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Pune University and a master's degree in business management and marketing from Rajasthan Technical University. In 2023, he was renamed as whole-time director after joining Goyal Salt in 2015. His tenure in the salt sector spans more than 17 years. He has solid command of the trade in salt and manpower. He has a group of skilled technicians and seasoned workers. He devotes his attention and time to product creation and development in order to satisfy customers.
Priyanka Goyal (Non-Executive Director): She is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. She holds Masters degree from the University of Rajasthan. She is engaged in the salt business for more than 14 years.In 2023, She has joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Narendra Dev Garg (Independent Director): One of the companys independent directors is Mr. Narendra Dev Garg. He is also employed as the General Manager (Commercial) at M/s Mahavir Polymers Private Limited. With more than 40 years of expertise in nearly every banking segment, he is a seasoned banker. In addition, he is a member of the IBPS interview board, a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), and an adviser to several start-ups. He is a person with an entrepreneurial mindset who consistently delivers excellent, goal-oriented performance. As of March 22, 2024, he is a Board member.
Manisha Godara (Independent Director): She serves as an independent director for the business. In the Company Secretaries Foundation Examination, she received the 23rd All India Rank (AIR). As a Professional Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), she has been in practice under the name Manisha Godara & Associates since 2014. She received a merit award in the All India Commerce Talent Search Exam. She graduated from Maharani College in Jaipur with a bachelor's degree in commerce and now possesses a master's degree from Rajasthan University. She completed the Rajasthan State Certificate in Information Technology with a 94% grade. She has been awarded a merit scholarship in Economics by the Central Board of Secondary Education for Higher Education. In 2023, she became a member of the Company.

Quality
Random samples of Iodised Salt and Refined Salt are taken for the purpose of quality testing. Only the production batch, which is a routine process is delivered for packing if the sample satisfies all quality requirements. The most advanced, completely automated, and highly sophisticated factory produces its best results due to quality checks. In order to fully satisfy our clients, our R&D team is constantly exploring for methods to increase the quality of our products. Our crew participates in regular training and certification programs offered by FSSAI, BIS, and Food Safety Training and Certification. Only the batch is authorized for packaging once samples satisfy all necessary quality standards.
Infrastructure
The factory produces refined half-dry salt in one location and refined free-flow salt in another. Two acres make up one refined half-dry salt unit. In contrast, the 13 acres that make up the refined free flow unit. The unit stores both completed goods and raw salt in airy, roomy godowns. With consideration for the electrical filler, the company has four silent diesel generator sets with capacities of 600, 400, 250, and 180 kVA. Additionally, the production company operates around the clock and has its own labor quarters for workers.
